TERMS AND CONDITIONS


We have created this website for legitimate reservations and bookings to be made by visitors coming to Bali, if you are making a reservation with us please read the followings carefully.
 

1. Booking & Cancellation


Once our Reservation Form is filled and submitted it will be replied within 24 hours. If there is any change or cancellation before arrival to Bali please kindly inform us by email (or you may use the same Reservation Form) as soon as possible. Cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the booked tour, if the traveller cancels the tour after our Tour Guide / Driver has arrived at the hotel for pick up.
 

2. Travel Documents


Each traveller shall be responsible for obtaining the appropriate visa (s) and carry a valid passport (with at least 6 months validity) before entering Bali. The Indonesian immigration may want to see your proof of onward journey, either return or onwards air-tickets.
 

3. Travel Insurance


It is the traveller's responsibility to ensure that adequate, and appropriate personal insurances are in place before arrival, including medical, and repatriation insurance in the event of injury, death, or unforeseen curtailment and /or cancellation. We advise every traveller to buy a comprehensive travel insurance before leaving home. A policy in your home country to cover your holiday overseas is recommended, e.g. medical & hospital insurance, baggage or personal item loss insurance etc., you should buy such an insurance policy to cover yourself and even for your family. Generally we do not provide insurance for our customers although on special request, arrangement can be made prior to the start of your tour in Bali.
 

4. Changes to Prices and Services


All prices and Services are subject to change without notice. However we will inform you of any changes and in that instance you will have the right to cancel your order for that particular Service. We update our prices and services very frequently.
 

5. Prices and Payments


All the prices stated in our website are per traveller in US dollar, and inclusive of 10% government tax. Additional costs will be mentioned for special transportation, accommodation as well as entrance tickets. No advance payment (deposit) is required by traveller except for accommodation which is requested by the hotel. We only require traveller to sign off and email/fax us the acknowledgement letter stating the respective booking & tour arrangement. The payment will be done upon arrival of traveller to Bali. Payment will be in cash to our representative who will issue an invoice and receipt. We accept US Currency or the equivalent amount in Indonesian Rupiah. US Currency notes not accepted by the local bank will need to be replaced by traveller. Cancellation fee will be charged at 50% of the booked tour, if the traveller cancels the tour after our Tour Guide / Driver has arrived at the hotel for pick up.
 

6. Indemnification


Whilst we will strive to ensure the personal safety of travellers within our care as far as can be reasonably expected, there can be no guarantees, and it is incumbent upon the travellers to also exercise sensible precautions at all times. We hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Customer/Traveller against any and all liability, claims, suits, losses, costs and legal fees caused by, arising out of, or resulting from any negligent act, service or omission of us in the performance and/or failure to perform within the contract including the negligent acts or omission of any performer or any direct or indirect employees of us.
 

7. Limit of Liability


For the avoidance of doubt, we do not limit our liability for death or personal injury to the extent only that it arises as a result of our negligence or the negligence of our affiliates, directors, employees or other representatives.
While we attempt to ensure that the information available on the web site is accurate, we cannot guarantee that it will always be fault free. We endeavour to correct errors and omissions as quickly as practicable. We do not accept liability for any such errors and omissions. In no event shall the Administrators be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortuous action, including any Intellectual Property Rights infringement actions arising out of or in connection with the use of information available on this web site, on the Internet, the performance of software, and/or the provision of or failure to provide the Service including but not limited to any disclosure of your personal data by you to any third party via the web site or the obtaining of any third party personal data and/or web site content which occurs as a result of your use of the web site pursuant to clause of our Privacy Policy.
In no event will the Administrators be liable to any third party for any direct, indirect, special or other consequential loss or damage for any use of this web site or Third Party Web sites, or on any other hypertext linked web site, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, loss of programs or other data or otherwise, even if we are expressly advised of the possibility of such damages.
 

8. Law of Agreement


All disputes arising out of or relating to the use of our services and products will be governed by the law of the Republic of Indonesia and all parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Indonesian courts in Bali.
